Shipping Policy

It’s convenient to place an order online – but now it needs to get to you! Our Shipping Policy gives details regarding how we will ship or deliver products to your door – letting you know what applies for free shipping, and which variables play into paid delivery of your items.

Our Shipping Policy has been setup in FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) format.  This policy applies to online orders only.  Products purchased over the phone or at our retail store do not qualify for shipping or delivery.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?

  • Minimum order of $150 before HST, with no bulky or heavy items, in order to qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders of $149.99 and under have a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $15.
  • Heavy items will incur shipping fees – you will be notified at checkout
    • 49.9 lbs and under – no heavy item charge
    • 50 lbs to 149.99 lbs – Flat Rate Heavy Goods Fee – $25
    • 150 lbs or more – Shipping to be Quoted
  • Above rates and free shipping policy applies to orders shipping within Ontario – excluding remote locations.

 

What Are Your Payment Options?

  • Payment options include MasterCard, Visa, EFT or email transfer.
  • Full details will be included on your Sales Order which will be emailed 2 to 4 business hours after your order is received.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Order processing begins after payment has been received.
  • Orders will typically arrive at your location 2 – 3 business days after successful payment.
  • Items that are delayed longer than this are considered on Back-Order – you will be notified of any items on Back-Order, along with an ETA.

 

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders may arrive in several courier shipments or delivery stops by a CompuSave driver.
  • CompuSave will choose the shipping/delivery method(s) based on internal decisions for each specific order. We base this decision on several variables, including stock location, convenience, cost of shipping, and fastest turn-around time.

 

Is furniture delivery free?

  • No, unfortunately all furniture, including chairs, cabinets, desks, etc. would be considered either bulky or heavy.  You can choose to pickup your furniture at our location when it’s ready, or contact us for a quote on delivery and setup, as well as for disposal options on your old furniture.
